If you are enthusiastic, love working with people, and want to gain invaluable, hands-on experience in HR operations from day one, this role is made for you! You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you the processes step-by-step. Work location: near Okecie Airport

  • A proactive mindset: An open communication style, eagerness to ask questions, share ideas, and reach out to the team for support
  • Great organizational potential: Ability to prioritize your own tasks (handling emails, notes, checklists) and manage multiple topics collaboratively, not in isolation
  • A team-first approach: Believing that success is about working well with others and involving the right people in conversations
