Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the onboarding journey: Preparing and leading induction days for new joiners, delivering an informative experience, and engaging with employees through public speaking
  • Managing employee documentation: Taking care of the full lifecycle of employment documents (such as onboarding paperwork, leave requests, medical check-ups) from collection and signing to proper archiving
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinating tasks and working closely with remote, international teams, including Payroll and Health & Wellbeing
  • Being the first point of contact: Acting as a supportive guide for general employee inquiries, and helping direct them to the correct internal departments
  • Staying organized: Managing multiple administrative requests and checklists simultaneously while maintaining clear and transparent updates

Requirements

  • Advanced communication skills: Fluency in both Polish and English is a must (used daily in communication and documentation)
  • A proactive mindset: An open communication style, eagerness to ask questions, share ideas, and reach out to the team for support
  • Great organizational potential: Ability to prioritize your own tasks (handling emails, notes, checklists) and manage multiple topics collaboratively, not in isolation
  • A team-first approach: Believing that success is about working well with others and involving the right people in conversations
  • No previous experience is required
  • However, a basic understanding of HR/customer support or familiarity with tools like ServiceNow is a welcome asset
