Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries
  • Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment
  • Preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, including stationery and kitchen stock
  • Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for office maintenance and repairs
  • Supporting with internal systems such as Slack, Kisi, and Gett
  • Assisting with basic IT and office set-up support
  • Organising staff and client gifts
  • Providing administrative support to Directors and the wider team
  • Assisting with office budgets and team events
  • Attending weekly team meetings and agency gatherings
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
  • Maintaining employee records on BrightHR
  • Supporting annual reviews and employee check-ins
  • Helping organise social, charity, and community initiatives
