Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for all office-related queries
Managing office supplies, equipment and meeting rooms
Supporting wider teams with admin tasks, scheduling and documentation
Liaising with suppliers, visitors and building management
Assisting with onboarding of new starters and coordinating office logistics
Ensuring the office is presentable, organised and welcoming
Helping with adhoc projects and tasks to support the business
Requirements:
Previous office support or administrative experience
Confident communicator with a can-do attitude
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, enthusiastic and ready to step up
Must be available immediately and happy to work on an ongoing temporary basis
