Junior Network Engineer

• Maintain, support, and optimize telecommunication and networking infrastructure with a focus on HFC networks
• Utilize scripting skills to automate routine tasks, improve network efficiencies, and streamline workflows
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify network trends, anomalies, and areas for system improvement
• Apply out-of-the-box thinking to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement robust problem-solving strategies
• Synthesize technical data and regularly present project outcomes and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders
• Rapidly adapt to and integrate new technologies into daily operations to maintain team agility

• Maximum of 2–3 years of experience in a dedicated networking role
• Essential experience within telecommunications and networking environments
• Prior HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) experience is highly preferred
• Strong data analysis capabilities and crucial scripting skills
• Proven ability to think outside the box and demonstrate strong, proactive problem-solving skills
• Must be a rapid learner who easily grasps emerging technologies
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology

Prior HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) experience is highly preferred (though broad cable technology experience is flexible)
