Job Description

Junior .Net Developer to become part of our dynamic Technology & Transformation team in our offices in Athens. In this role, you’ll work within a team to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world’s largest organizations, you’ll help COO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

Job Responsibility

  • Support production environments by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly
  • Execute and validate functional and integration tests for new implementations
  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand complex workflows and contribute to incremental improvements
  • Document processes, test cases, and technical findings to ensure knowledge continuity
  • Learn and apply best practices in .NET development, Azure services, and integration patterns
  • Participate in team discussions, bringing curiosity and a willingness to learn

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience working with .NET (C#) or any other OOP language, coupled with the willingness to expand your technical repertoire
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL
  • Good understanding of software testing principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, ESB, messaging)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
