Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior .NET Developer / Data Import Support Specialist to help clients and internal teams successfully onboard and process data within a product environment. The focus of the project is to ensure smooth, reliable data imports and high data quality by improving validation, troubleshooting, and import workflows. This role combines hands-on technical support with basic development and configuration tasks, making a measurable impact on product usability and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting clients and internal teams with importing, validating, and processing data
  • Troubleshooting data import issues and delivering timely resolutions
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
  • Collaborating with developers, analysts, and project managers to improve data import workflows
  • Documenting common issues, root causes, and solutions to increase process efficiency
  • Assisting with system configuration tasks and data mappings when needed
  • Providing training and guidance on best practices for data imports
  • Working a schedule where the workday on the project starts at 4 PM Kyiv time

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in data import, data processing, or technical support (or a strong junior-level equivalent background)
  • Practical SQL skills (MySQL and PostgreSQL) and confidence working with data queries for validation and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of Excel (or similar tools) for data manipulation and checks
  • Basic knowledge of .NET and C# and willingness to grow in a development-oriented support role
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear communication, customer-service mindset, and ability to explain technical topics in a friendly, structured way
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
