Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring their reliability, reusability, and maintainability
  • Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts, encompassing functional and non-functional requirements across UI and API layers
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
  • Analyze automation test results, report defects in Jira, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring stable execution of automation suites
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and advocate for test automation strategies throughout the development lifecycle
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in test automation and continuously improve testing approaches

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles: test planning, test design, and defect management
  • Hands-on experience with at least one object-oriented programming language: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
  • Proficiency in developing and executing automated tests for web and/or mobile applications using modern frameworks, such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, Appium, Detox, Espresso, XCUITest, or equivalent tools
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions
  • English B1+

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter or Grafana k6
  • Experience working with AI Agentic Assistance tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions
  • Familiarity with SAP-related tools and technologies, such as SAP BTP, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, WDI5, Qmate, ECATT & START, and Tricentis Tosca
