Job Responsibility

  • Design and iterate digital experiences across the ecosystem
  • Create UI designs, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences in Figma
  • Design experiences related to wearables, recovery, nutrition, sleep, activity tracking, coaching, reports, and gamification systems
  • Translate complex health and behavioral data into intuitive and emotionally engaging UX
  • Create motion-focused concepts, interaction explorations, and animated product experiences when needed
  • Contribute to scalable design systems, reusable components, and structured interaction patterns
  • Improve product consistency and reduce friction between design and development
  • Help create scalable product foundations instead of isolated one-off solutions
  • Work closely with engineers to maintain consistency and feasibility across the ecosystem
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other UX designers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in design reviews, product discussions, and sprint planning
  • Proactively contribute UX, interaction, and product ideas
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of product/UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio focused on consumer digital products, primarily mobile
  • Experience designing products with high engagement and retention
  • Experience with health, fitness, wellness, analytics, or AI-driven products is a plus
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, behavioral design, and gamification systems
  • Ability to simplify complex information into intuitive experiences
  • Strong product thinking and systems-thinking mindset
  • Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, scalability, consistency, and reusability
  • Deep understanding of user problems and ability to translate them into effective product experiences
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving and evolving product environments
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Experience working with scalable design systems and component-driven workflows
  • Strong system-thinking approach to UI/UX design with attention to standardization and componentization
  • Ability to create reusable UI systems and structured interaction patterns that reduce friction between design and development
  • Understanding of interaction design, motion design, and prototyping
  • Ability to create polished animated interactions and motion-focused product concepts
  • Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus, but this is not a “vibe design” role
  • English level B2+
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ownership mentality and proactive mindset
  • Open to feedback and iteration
  • Fast learner, comfortable adapting to new domains and evolving product areas

Nice to have

  • Experience with health, fitness, wellness, analytics, or AI-driven products is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus
