Job Description:

We are revolutionizing the tax and legal industries by orchestrating autonomous agents and intelligent AI assistants. Our mission is to enhance operational efficiency across the Deloitte Central Mediterranean (DCM) region including Greece, Italy, and Malta by building production-ready Generative AI solutions that solve complex regulatory challenges. We are seeking a Junior up to Mid-Level AI Engineer to join our Thessaloniki hub. You will go beyond standard coding to architect multi-agent systems and scalable backends using Python and modern AI orchestration frameworks. You will be contributing in the full LLMOps lifecycle, ensuring our AI applications are robust, secure, and context-aware.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
  • Build high-performance APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Utilize the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to connect LLMs with specialized data
  • Manage containerized environments via Docker and maintain high-standard DevOps/LLMOps practices
  • Partner with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between AI research and production-grade software

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python (asynchronous programming is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Solid understanding of Docker, Git version control, and RESTful API design
  • A production-first approach, focusing on building maintainable, scalable, and reliable codebases

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience implementing RAG pipelines, vector databases, or agentic tool-use
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or the MCP standard
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and modern styling tools like Tailwind CSS
