The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and business growth of a TH Women product group working closely with the design and product development teams on 4 collections per year.
Job Responsibility
Analyzing the competitive landscape, be aware of product trends and the competition's price points
Developing seasonal product briefs in line with targets of sales, SKU's, productivity, margins, and product trends
Ensuring all data sources (PLM, line list) are compiled/updated with accuracy throughout all milestones
Preparing regular analysis related to product
sell-in, sell-out, top sellers, retail price structure, etc.
Presenting the collection to sales managers during several touch points, receiving the feedback and articulating it into the collection
Being responsible for several KPIs
collection size, margin targets, ASP
Defining seasonal forecasts and delivery plan
Preparing the SMS file for samples sent to showrooms
Attending and actively participating in all product-related reviews and seasonal product shoots
Ensuring accurate and timely line execution according to the division's calendar
Requirements
Degree level or equivalent
Experience working with sweaters/knit or jersey is highly desirable
1-2 years of experience in a merchandising/buying/product development role is essential
Product understanding and/or interest in the world of Women, with knowledge of the key players and market trends
Fluent in English
both written and oral
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task
Team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on mentality
