Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the correct operational functioning of core projects in the Music & Nightlife sector
  • Act as the final check before launching core experiences
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assure outstanding quality of events
  • Ownership capacity and coordination of actions
  • Validate that our marketplace events set up is coherent and correct
  • Validation that the internal processes implemented are met

Requirements:

  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Order and organizational capacity of assigned tasks
  • Resolving capacity of operative blockers
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Decisive, organized, and motivated
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Advanced English speaker and native in Spanish
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Oversee all aspects of the media plan execution, including issuing insertion orders, pixel placements and troubleshooting, custom unit production quality assurance checks, and billing reconciliation
  • Handle any client requests such as plan changes or budget changes and provide marketplace information
  • Build a strong working relationship with clients
  • Ensure a good working relationship between all teams for a seamless plan execution
