We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly, from ideation to delivery. With multiple restaurants operating now - and more on the horizon - this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves food as much as marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating timelines, briefs, and workflows across all marketing campaigns
Managing the marketing inbox and identifying opportunities or issues
Budget tracking and reporting, in partnership with the Marketing Manager
Collaborating with our social, content, and creative teams to deliver campaigns
Managing website updates and development projects
Supporting PR efforts and identifying publicity opportunities
Developing creative briefs for photography, video, and design
Assisting with marketing and major events, including ticketing, guest lists, and event execution
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience working in an agency or in house
A serious passion for all things food and beverage
A creative mindset and exceptional writing skills
Experience with: Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress and Mailchimp (or similar CMS platform)
Organisational and time management skills
Proactive, strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
