Job Description

Support in Managing & optimizing Paid Social, Display and SEA campaigns with large budgets across European markets as part of Full-Funnel and ROI based approach.

Job Responsibility

  • Support in Managing & optimizing Paid Social, Display and SEA campaigns with large budgets across European markets as part of Full-Funnel and ROI based approach
  • Ensure that the budget spent in all the channels is in line with the ROI targets
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns in order to identify new opportunities to increase growth and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Analyze data in depth and present weekly and monthly performance for all the channels
  • Assist in managing promotions for SEA (Paid Search), Paid Social and Display campaigns, and coordinate with marketing agencies for execution
  • Create actionable insights and implementations from new technologies and industry trends
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage and improve digital creative assets of all the campaigns
  • Assist in managing feed and constantly improve feed quality in collaboration with a feed agency and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in roadmap projects in an efficient & timely manner by identifying priorities, bottlenecks and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Initial internship or working‑student experience in digital marketing, media buying, analytics, e‑commerce, or a related area is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Paid Social, Display, or SEA concepts—or strong willingness to learn quickly on the job.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • experience with analytics or campaign platforms is beneficial but not required.
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics, with readiness to learn more advanced tools over time.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, international environment.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • additional languages are an advantage.
