The PUMA International Sports Marketing Team is looking to widen its integrated Athletes Servicing Team and needs you. We put athletes first and will service our players with the speed, agility and spirit of a PUMA, always listening to our athletes and offering the best individual solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Global Athlete Services Team to ensure all contracted athletes wear the correct products on the field of play
  • Translate athlete feedback into precise, player‑specific development specifications & collaborate closely with factories in Asia to ensure high‑quality and timely execution
  • Manage the full order process for international assets, including seasonal forecasting, order placement, tracking, delivery coordination and database management
  • Maintain and update relevant data systems with accurate information on player‑specific customization requirements
  • Partner with International Sports Marketing Managers to ensure timely and strategic boot rollouts, supporting major product introductions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PUMA athletes and their support networks (management, medical teams, coaches, physiotherapists)
  • Work closely with Footwear Product Development to elevate inline product performance using insights and test feedback from professional players

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Sports Engineering, Sports Product Development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the footwear product creation process, including lasts, tooling, materials, construction, and application methods
  • Passion for Sports and deep interest in athlete performance
  • Professional experience in project planning and execution
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to perform under pressure
  • cross-cultural awareness, creativity, adaptability, and a hands‑on mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently and internationally
