You will be part of a project team and quickly gain responsibility – always supported from experienced colleagues. What you will gain: We focus on building strong consultants – not just delivering projects. You will develop: A sharp problem-solving and analytical skillset; Strong facilitation and communication skills; Experience working at the intersection of people, processes, and systems; A solid foundation within operational excellence (Lean & Six Sigma); The ability to navigate complex organizations and drive real change. What we’re looking for: You might be a great fit if you: Hold a Master’s degree (e.g. Engineering, Business, Innovation or similar); Have 0–3 years of experience; Are fluent in English (written and spoken); Are motivated by solving real-world problems and creating impact; Have an interest in operational excellence and the pharmaceutical industry; Enjoy working with people across different levels and facilitating collaboration; Are curious, quick to learn, and thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Who we are: Emendo Improvement is part of Emendo Consulting Group and focuses on helping organizations succeed in their operational excellence journey – from strategy to implementation. We: Work with process optimization, training, and change management; Operate primarily in regulated industries, especially pharma; Bridge the gap between strategy and execution; Combine technical insight with organizational understanding. At Emendo, how we work is just as important as what we deliver. We take pride in truly understanding our customers – their reality, challenges, and what creates value for them. This allows us to deliver solutions that are not only well-designed but actually work in practice. We are a team that aims high and takes ownership. When we commit to a project, we follow through and take responsibility for creating real results. At the same time, we believe that the best solutions are created together. We actively share knowledge, challenge each other, and collaborate across teams to continuously improve the way we work. And while we are serious about our work, we are equally serious about enjoying it. We are a social and down-to-earth company, where strong relationships and having fun together are a natural part of everyday life. Ready to make an impact? If you’re looking for a place where you get responsibility early, your development is taken seriously, and you work on meaningful challenges with real impact… then we would love to hear from you.
