Job Description:

Due to the dynamic growth of our company and an increasing number of projects, we are looking for ambitious Junior No-Code / Low-Code Developers who want to build modern web solutions and automate business processes. We seek individuals who are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and interested in the intersection of design, code, and AI. If you want to develop your skills under the supervision of experienced mentors and enjoy seeing the immediate results of your work, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the creation and development of websites in Webflow
  • Participating in building simple process automations (integrations, data flows)
  • Working with no-code / low-code tools under the supervision of experienced team members
  • Leveraging AI tools to support daily tasks (content creation, prototyping, automations)
  • Supporting integrations with external systems (forms, webhooks, APIs)
  • Testing and maintaining existing solutions
  • Documenting completed work

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Webflow
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
  • Genuine interest in process automation and new technologies
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n) or a strong willingness to learn them quickly
  • English at a level B2 that enables free communication (clients, documentation). Polish is mandatory
  • Availability to work during afternoon/evening hours and on weekends
  • Willingness to develop and learn from more experienced team members
  • Good work organization and responsibility for assigned tasks

Nice to have:

  • First projects (commercial or personal) in Webflow or no-code tools
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., content generation, workflow automation)
  • Interest in system integrations and business processes
  • Portfolio or link to completed projects
