Job Responsibility

  • You support the operational management and continuous development of the site
  • You plan and coordinate the efficient deployment of approximately 20 to 30 warehouse employees
  • You ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of key performance indicators in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
  • You conduct regular inventories and carefully review their results
  • You act as the on-site contact person for customers and ensure professional communication
  • You support the site management in the professional leadership of the team and actively promote employee motivation and development
  • You are responsible for implementing projects and driving continuous process optimization
  • You support the site management in ensuring compliance with all legal and internal regulations, particularly in the area of occupational safety

Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally in logistics or a comparable qualification
  • High willingness to learn and quick comprehension skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
  • Structured and well-organized way of working
  • Leadership personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Confident handling of operational KPIs and daily business
  • Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Manage seasonal Look Changes end-to-end, including order placement, order tracking, availability monitoring, supply coordination, and delivery execution to Stores
  • Coordinate logistics operations across Stores by managing delivery planning, transport splits, timeslot coordination, and inbound communication to ensure smooth and reliable product flows
