Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Junior LME Sales Associate to join our LME team. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated person to join an established team and support in building out and growing client relationships across the metals markets, delivering excellent service through the full trade lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with day-to-day coverage of hedge funds, producers, merchants and brokers active in LME metals
Track client activity and pipeline
Monitor order status
Support on post-trade issues
Draft relevant market content for review
Stay abreast of daily news flow and market activity
Support onboarding

Requirements:

Exposure to markets, sales support, execution, operations or research (metals experience is advantageous)
Familiarity with the LME market
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable working with large data sets
Clear and concise writing for market insight
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Thoughtful and highly analytic approach with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
