Job Responsibility

  • Support case development from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation
  • Prepare pleadings, briefs, and other filings with precision and clarity
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft analytical memoranda
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and client strategy sessions as needed
  • Organize case files and manage document review for complex matters

Requirements

  • Active California Bar license (mandatory)
  • Minimum 4 months of litigation experience (exposure to commercial, employment, or real estate disputes preferred)
  • Exceptional writing, research, and analytical ability
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities
