A well-established plaintiff employment law firm in Orange County is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join their team, advocating for employees facing discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes. The role involves drafting motions, conducting research, client interaction, and hands-on courtroom exposure. The firm offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and a supportive culture.

Job Responsibility:

Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and support case strategy
Interact with clients and opposing counsel
Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations
Support trial teams and take on increasing responsibility as you grow

Requirements:

1–3 years of litigation experience (employment law a plus, but not required)
California Bar admission in good standing
Strong writing and research skills
Passion for employee rights and justice
A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
