  • Supporting the rollout and ongoing use of legal tools and systems, including providing guidance where required
  • Coordinating meetings, updates, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
  • Assisting with a range of legal operations projects and initiatives, depending on team priorities

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a legal or in-house environment, for example as a paralegal, legal coordinator, or similar
  • Exposure to working with legal processes, systems, or operational workflows
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with data and documentation
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
  • Good technical skills, including Microsoft Office, and an interest in legal technology

Nice to have

Any experience working with legal systems, reporting tools, or process improvement initiatives would be beneficial

What we offer

  • London-based role with a regular office presence expected
  • 12-month secondment within a confidential in-house legal team
  • Opportunity to develop experience in legal operations, legal technology, and the management of in-house legal functions
