Job Description

The Junior Learning Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support for the effective delivery of training and learning programs, working closely with training managers to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of defined KPIs.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting in coordinating administrative tasks related to training programs, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications
  • Supporting the training managers in monitoring and reporting on the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs, with a strong emphasis on meeting client expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to training activities and participant progress and utilizing data for continuous improvement and reporting

Requirements

  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Prior experience in administrative support or a strong interest in learning and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn about learning management systems.

  • Lead assigned lists: Act as the main contact for your designated lists. You will work closely with editorial, production and the Rights Director to set budgets and plan long-term sales growth
