Job Description

LDN Apprenticeships is a highly rated by Ofsted and B Corp-certified organisation with a straightforward mission: to transform the way people learn and grow through apprenticeships. Our Digital Learning Design team is central to that work, building online learning that is genuinely good, not just compliant. This role is a real opportunity to develop your career in learning design, with the support of experienced colleagues who want to see you succeed. You’ll be working on live projects from day one and contributing ideas, not just executing tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and other digital content creation tools
  • Work with subject matter experts to turn complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences
  • Get involved in the full digital learning design process as needed
  • Keep existing digital learning content fresh, accurate and on brand
  • Support content queries from the wider team and day-to-day management of our Learning Management System (Thinkific)
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure learning solutions actually land with the people they’re made for
  • Share your ideas
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, while applying your own judgement and quality checks

Requirements

  • Some real experience of creating digital learning, content design, or a related field
  • Passion for education and creating engaging learning experiences
  • Practical experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise, or a comparable authoring tool
  • Learner-centred mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across a team
  • Good organisational skills and time management with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable across digital tools including MS Office, Learning Management Systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • A genuine commitment to doing work that matters and to the values of an organisation that takes its social and environmental responsibilities seriously

Nice to have

A grounding in learning design theory and practice is a bonus

What we offer

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day added for each year you’re with us (up to three years)
  • The option to buy additional holiday
  • Discretionary company-wide well-being days
  • A company Apple MacBook
  • Workplace pension with 4% employer contribution
  • Hybrid working with real flexibility
  • Quarterly prizes for top performers across the business
  • Regular socials including a summer party and a Christmas celebration
