Job Responsibility:

  • Deeply understand the problems you are solving
  • Be responsible for tailoring every aspect of the patient experience to the context of the surface area you are working on
  • Track and report performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive your new vertical towards functional maturity
  • Get stuck in - eg. write emails, find partners, deliver a white glove experience to patients
  • Drive focus, accountability and motivation across the team through rituals, reporting & stakeholder updates

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience working in a high pressure environment such as law, consulting (MBB preferred) or investment banking
  • 1-3 years working as an operator, preferably in a recent high-growth startup
  • Built a team, managed people or delivered complex cross functional projects
  • Creative problem-solver and detail oriented
