Job Description

In this role you will develop and implement joint business plans that will deliver on the P&L requirements of the company to ensure volume, value, distribution and share growth within the assigned customers. You will actively contribute as a key member of the Romania Sales Team to improve the way the SCJ sales team operates, recognize the contribution of others, and build increased sales capability.

Job Responsibility

  • Negotiate annual commercial terms (contract) with customers
  • Achievement of volume, and targets for the assigned customer
  • Analyze customers (sales performance, product portfolio, ROI, SWOT)
  • Develop customer business plan in line with the business planning process including channel, categories and brand strategies
  • Negotiate annual business plan with customers
  • Quarterly business review for the assigned customers
  • Analyze trade investments
  • Maintain continuous & efficient use of allocated trade investments funds for the assigned customer
  • Perform pre-and-post evaluation on all assigned customer activity to ensure optimal use of trade funds
  • Following up on the assigned customers outstanding debts and claims
  • Co-coordinating contacts between customer and Johnson Wax

Requirements

  • Already experience in key account management role (FMCG is a preference)
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing or similar
  • Fluent in Romanian
  • Good level of English
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office
