The Account Executive is the key point of contact between Funko and our customers: you will be responsible for answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products to the assigned region working towards a specific target.
Job Responsibility:
Be the lead point of contact for GSA accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Oversee customer account management to ensure efficiency and maximize profit
Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
Analyse sales progress on monthly basis implementing sales-driven reactive approaches where applicable
Develop business with new and existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Prepare weekly reports on GSA account status
Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new leads
Pitch broad range of Funko products
Research organisations & individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential for GSA market
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives with Marketing Team
Attend industry events where relevant
Adhere to company values and confidential information policy
Ensure continual contact with clients to inform them about new product developments
Strong negotiation skills by phone, email and in person
Process orders when needed, deal with damages and short / over shipments
Requirements:
Some experience in a sales role for another company
Self-motivated and organised individual
Track record of achieving KPIs and target
Ability to work on own initiative and think outside the box
Pro-active and timely delivery of tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages
Excellent customer service, engagement, and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic as well as working independently when required
Fluency in German and English essential
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (MS Dynamics NAV) – desirable
