This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in IT support to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing first-line technical support via helpdesk, email, and phone
Installing and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Assisting with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting
Managing user accounts and access permissions
Supporting network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN) and basic hardware troubleshooting
Performing routine maintenance, backups, and system checks
Documenting issues, resolutions, and system configurations
Assisting with IT asset tracking and procurement
Supporting compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies

Requirements:

A strong interest in IT and technology
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A proactive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
Ability to travel to other office locations when required
