Junior IT Project Manager

• Help deliver technology projects that enable organisational change and support Kew’s strategy to understand and protect plants and fungi
• Support the day-to-day management of multiple capital-funded projects, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost and quality standards
• Work across Kew Gardens (London) and Wakehurst (Sussex) as required

• Educated to degree level (or with equivalent relevant experience)
• Experience delivering technology-based projects involving multiple teams and diverse stakeholder groups, including projects that drive procedural and/or business change
• Confident applying best-practice project management approaches (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile and/or MSP)
• Comfortable using technology with an interest in emerging trends
• Organised, proactive communicator who can build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Able to maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, support financial control and reporting, and contribute to robust governance and documentation

Experience of government-funded projects, public sector environments, or Microsoft platforms such as Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, Power BI or Project Online
