Junior IT Project Manager

• Manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met within the timeline and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and status reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective problem resolution
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT project management
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
