Job Description:

By joining Citi as a Junior IT Project Analyst, you will become part of the Process Quality Assurance (PQA) team. The team is responsible for reviewing project documentation, driving remediation actions, and continuously improving quality assurance frameworks. You will perform quality reviews, enforce quality standards, address issues, document quality assurance activities, and propose recommendations for improvement. Job Responsibility:

Performing quality reviews and enforcement of quality standards against the PM procedures
Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
Documenting quality assurance activities
Making recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in English
Good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
