Job Description:

Join Citi as a Junior IT Project Analyst in the Process Quality Assurance (PQA) team. Responsibilities include performing quality reviews, addressing issues, documenting quality assurance activities, and recommending improvements. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience in a related role, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a working knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods.

Job Responsibility:

performing quality reviews and enforcement of quality standards against the PM procedures
addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
documenting quality assurance activities
making recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
strong communication skills both written and verbal
fluency in English
good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements
working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
