You will join a dynamic Service Operations unit that acts as the central coordination point for local and global IT business units. The team is dedicated to operational excellence, ensuring that resources are utilised effectively and that IT services are delivered without friction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders—from technical vendors to global governance leads—will be key to your success.
Job Responsibility:
Optimise general administration services, including stationery procurement, office activity coordination, and rigorous stock management of hardware inventories and delivery notes
Lead the management of time-tracking tools to ensure resource utilisation and work allocation are accurately captured for monthly executive dashboards
Create engaging IT user tutorials by leveraging modern AI-driven creative tools with Adobo Suite and/or Canva
Facilitate critical communication between Global and local IT teams to ensure all business units adhere to Group Standards and internal governance policies
Execute the issuance of demand requests and Purchase Requests, ensuring service-related projects are procured on time and within process guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline
Knowledgeable in IT Administration or a PMO-support environment
Exposure to ITSM (IT Service Management) tools and platforms is highly preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate complex corporate governance structures
Proficiency in digital creative tools (Adobe Suite/Canva) and the M365 ecosystem
A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
