Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for users. Troubleshoot, triage, and manage all incoming incidents and support tickets (Level 1). Identify and resolve common defects and escalate complex issues to second-level support or external vendors
Proactively monitor the execution of critical business processes and system tasks within the ETRM application to ensure operational continuity and data integrity
Execute user on-boarding, off-boarding, and manage access rights and permissions in compliance with all internal controls and security protocols
Support and implement minor, pre-approved custom configuration changes to the ETRM application under the direction of the IT team (Change Management)
Work closely with trading, risk, and operations stakeholders to understand their needs. Participate in the business analysis of small projects related to new functionality or process improvements within the ETRM domain
Requirements:
A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in an IT support, IT operations, or similar technical role
A strong background or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues, manage ticket resolution workflows, and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
