Job Description:

As a Junior Interior Design & Sales Manager, you will advise our customers remotely by creating inspiring interior concepts tailored to their individual needs. In parallel, you will take ownership of our creative design tool and 3D model library, ensuring high visual quality, consistency, and smooth workflows. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver outstanding design experiences, continuously improve our digital design assets, and contribute to sales. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Warsaw or remote in Poland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise customers remotely and create tailored interior concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and individual needs
  • Integrate inspiring design solutions into the sales journey, supporting customers in bringing our products into their homes
  • Act as a trusted design partner, representing the brand with professionalism, empathy, and passion while building long-term customer relationships
  • Own and manage the creative design tool and 3D furniture model library, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date content
  • Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and quality control of 3D models with internal teams and external partners
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to optimise workflows, enhance visual standards, and continuously improve the efficiency, quality, and performance of digital design assets

Requirements:

  • A degree or formal training in Interior Design or a related field
  • Relevant experience working with customers in a design-driven environment, with the ability to advise in a creative, convincing, and customer-oriented way
  • Hands-on experience with 3D furniture models and strong visual sensitivity
  • A structured, proactive working style combined with strong organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm for personal customer consultation and for supporting sales through great design
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
