As a Junior Implementation Specialist at Quinyx, you will join our Implementation team and work closely with customers to successfully set up and launch our AI-powered workforce management (WFM) solutions. This is an entry-level role with structured onboarding, training, and continuous support from experienced colleagues. You will work with smaller implementation projects and specific work packages within larger projects. Your focus will be on understanding customer requirements, configuring the Quinyx system accordingly, and supporting customers throughout the implementation process. Over time, you will build solid technical and functional expertise and grow into a trusted contact for your customers.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in the implementation of Quinyx’s AI-powered, cloud-based workforce optimization (WFO) solutions for customers in the German market
Gather and document functional and business requirements together with customers and internal stakeholders
Configure the Quinyx system based on agreed requirements and best practices
Support testing activities and assist during go-live and post-go-live phases
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, system, or data-related issues with guidance from senior colleagues
Support technical aspects of implementations, including basic integrations and use of APIs (training provided)
Prepare and lead customer meetings with clear agendas, documentation, and follow-ups
Collaborate with Product Management and Development by sharing customer feedback and improvement suggestions
Occasionally travel to customer sites within the region, when required
Requirements:
A structured and analytical mindset, with an interest in solving problems in a systematic way
Ability to communicate clearly and build professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
Willingness to learn technical and functional concepts and quickly apply new knowledge
Ability to work independently on defined tasks, while knowing when to ask for support
Fluent German and English, spoken and written
Nice to have:
Education or initial experience related to IT, business systems, HR systems, or workforce management
Exposure to Workforce Management, HCM (HR-systems), Payroll, or other enterprise software
Interest in cloud-based software and technology
First experience from consulting, customer-facing roles, or project-based work
Additional European languages
