The Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst supports the business and the INBHR team by delivering high-quality HRP support and providing actionable people insights. The role combines day-to-day HR partnering support (e.g., employee lifecycle, policy guidance, documentation, stakeholder coordination) with HR analytics (e.g., presentations, dashboards, reporting, metrics, and insights to improve decision-making). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to build broad HR exposure while developing strong analytical capability.
Job Responsibility:
Support the HR Partner/HRBP in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycle
Effective handling of routine HR cases and lifecycle changes with strong customer satisfaction
Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR queries
provide accurate, consistent guidance within policy and escalate complex matters appropriately
Support Sr HRP in the management of organizational transformation as required (preparing information, data, insights and reporting)
Support employee relations case administration (meeting coordination, note taking, document management, tracking actions) while maintaining confidentiality
Partner with HR shared services to ensure timely and accurate support and services to employees, championing the use of AI and self-service
Prepare executive materials and support the deployment of the HR standard work (Org Talent Reviews, Performance Calibrations, Engagement Reviews, etc.)
Create insights and commentary (not just numbers): identify trends, root causes, and potential actions for HR and managers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or related field or equivalent practical experience
2-3 years of relevant experience (HR operations, HR generalist support, people analytics, reporting, or similar)
Strong analytical skills: confident working with Excel (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)
Exposure to HR metrics, compensation cycles, workforce planning, or performance management
Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment practices (local labor law awareness is a plus)
Experience creating dashboards and storytelling with data (Power BI, SQL, Python-any is a plus)
Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
Comfort working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and handling sensitive data
Strong written and verbal communication
able to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
High integrity and discretion
