Job Description:

Our client, a well-established company in White Plains, NY is looking for a Junior HR Generalist.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Support employee relations processes and general HR support activities
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, reporting, and internal initiatives
  • Assist with employee engagement and internal communications efforts

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR or HR-adjacent administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • HRIS experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
