Job Description

As a Junior HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support teams in their decision-making. You will work closely with technology and business experts to improve the quality of the reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources
  • Perform analyses and produce clear reports
  • Create interactive dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with business teams to improve data quality
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
  • Provide user support and training for new systems and features

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management or business administrative degree or related field
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in working with data
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on parallel projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI)
  • Understanding databases and modeling concepts
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Understanding of HR data domains (headcount, hires, terminations, turnover)
