Job Description

We are currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner for M Energy Customer Solutions to act as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting a large and dynamic workforce across customer-facing and operational teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with management to optimize organizational structures, drive workforce and succession planning, support performance and development processes, contribute to talent acquisition, and enhance employee engagement. You will also work in alignment with our HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition & Development, Rewards & Performance) to ensure consistent implementation of Group HR frameworks and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience across core areas (performance, rewards, talent, recruitment, employee relations)
  • At least 2–3 years in an HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist role supporting managers
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing, or operational environments is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Master’s degree in HR Management is a strong advantage
  • Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand the Energy Retail business
  • Customer-focused mindset with resilience, flexibility, and a “can do + make do” approach
  • Ability to build trust, influence without authority, and coach managers effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Nice to have
