Job Responsibility:
Handle provider invoices related to employee benefits, such as medical insurance
Administer company's pension scheme, including employee enrollments and updates
Communicate with external providers regarding employee benefits
Participate in meetings with external providers to support the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs
Requirements:
2 years in a similar position
BSc/Ba in business administration, human resources or relevant field
Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good numerical skills, experience in reporting
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
