Are you a proactive and driven HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join our client's dynamic team as a Junior HR Advisor in a permanent role, reporting directly to the HR Manager. This role offer a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a supportive and varied workforce! As an HR Advisor, you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and provide generalist support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing first-level advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters (e.g., performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances)
  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing data in our Workday HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Supporting the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
  • Coordinating performance review cycles and providing guidance to managers
  • Assisting in the coordination of training initiatives and development programs
  • Supporting the HR Manager on various HR projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • A relevant HR Degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of HR generalist experience
  • Previous experience with a major HRIS, with Workday experience being a significant advantage
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a 'hungry' and proactive approach to tackling challenges and expanding your responsibilities
