Job Description

In this role, you will support and take ownership of key HR administrative processes, with a primary focus on employee documentation, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and applicable labor legislation. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a structured environment. You will also be involved in ongoing initiatives aimed at improving, structuring, and standardizing employee documentation and HR administrative processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain, organize, and update employee personnel files and HR archives
  • Review and structure existing employee documentation where needed
  • Coordinate and communicate with employees on HR documentation
  • Maintain employee labor books
  • Support hiring, job changes and termination processes by preparing and verifying required documentation
  • Assist new hire onboarding
  • Coordinate the sending and receiving of HR documents via courier across company locations
  • Support the administration of working time, leaves, and absences
  • Participate in the administration of employee benefits, periodic medical checks and other initiatives
  • Support additional HR Operations and administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee information

Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • Undergoing or completed university degree is a plus
  • Previous administrative or HR-related experience is an advantage
  • Base knowledge of Bulgarian labour law is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of documentation
  • Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with employees
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Written and spoken English
