We are looking for a Junior Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Job Responsibility

  • Address and resolve user-reported hardware, software, and network issues with efficient troubleshooting techniques
  • Identify problems by actively listening to users and conducting thorough research
  • Deliver step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring they understand and follow the solutions provided
  • Record detailed information about issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate advanced technical concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company technology and support procedures
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and incorporate new knowledge into daily tasks

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or related role
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and experience in basic troubleshooting
  • Understanding of basic network troubleshooting concepts
