Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create eye-catching visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is excited to grow their skills and contribute to a wide variety of design projects.

Job Responsibility:

Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and marketing materials
Collaborate with team members to draft creative concepts and execute design solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines
Assist in maintaining and following brand guidelines to ensure consistency
Support the team in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new campaigns or projects
Prepare and package final files for delivery to clients, printers, or publishing platforms
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements:

1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro), or web design is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:
