Junior Graphic Designer

• Support creative campaigns across print, digital, web, email, and social channels
• Understand briefs and contribute ideas in creative meetings
• Apply feedback from senior stakeholders to refine designs
• Collaborate with Content Writers, Marketing, and Internal Comms to meet deadlines
• Design internal campaign assets, events materials, and sales presentations
• Proactively manage and pick up tasks via the project board
• Stay up to date with design trends to improve creativity and social output
• Manage workload and progress using Monday.com
• Follow brand guidelines and act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency.

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles and elements (typography, colour theory, layout, file output) with a keen eye for detail.
• Working knowledge of designing for Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
• Research skills for a multitude of design tasks with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise format.
• Experience in preparing design files to send to print.

Knowledge of Adobe After Effect or Premier Pro is a bonus.
