Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior-level Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This is a critical support role, providing essential design assistance during a team member's maternity leave and potentially beyond. The successful candidate will help manage a high volume of day-to-day design needs.

Job Responsibility:

Update and design a variety of materials, including presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
Occasionally edit short-form video content, such as sizzle reels under one minute
Support both print and digital design deliverables
Collaborate effectively with in-house designers and external agencies
Bring a fresh perspective and creative energy to upcoming rebranding initiatives and presentation overhauls
Potentially explore AI-enhanced design workflows and modern design tools
Provide design continuity and support before, during, and after maternity coverage

Requirements:

Recent design graduate or early-career designer with strong foundational graphic design skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
Able to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail
Familiar with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
video editing experience is a plus
Possesses creative thinking abilities and a willingness to explore new tools and techniques
