Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to build hands-on experience in both print and digital media. You’ll support the marketing and design team with a wide range of creative projects while learning and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

assist in designing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates
support branding initiatives across digital and print platforms
collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other departments to execute creative projects
prepare and preflight files for print production
help maintain visual consistency across all branded materials
edit existing designs and revise based on feedback
organize design assets and contribute to building an internal asset library
stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of design experience (internships or freelance work welcome)
proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus
basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
strong attention to detail and time management skills
ability to take direction and work well both independently and in a team
excellent communication and organizational skills
portfolio showcasing a range of design work

Nice to have:

experience with video editing, animation, or motion graphics
understanding of social media platforms and digital content design
interest in branding, marketing, or real estate
