Junior Graphic Designer

• Develop visually appealing designs for print, digital, social media, and in-store displays to effectively convey brand messages
• Collaborate with various teams, including corporate, brand, and franchise partners, to execute projects that align with overall objectives
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained
• Uphold brand consistency by adhering to established guidelines and ensuring all creative assets reflect the brand identity
• Maintain and organize graphic resources, including updating libraries and ensuring files are easily accessible
• Embrace opportunities to learn from senior designers and explore new techniques to enhance creative output

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design within digital, marketing, or in-house agency settings
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail in areas such as color management, file structure, resolution, and formatting for both digital and print outputs
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to think creatively and solve design-related challenges effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and seek guidance when needed
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, and XD
