Job Description:

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team! This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for both visual design and web aesthetics. You'll play a key role in bringing our brand and digital experiences to life through compelling graphics and user-friendly web designs. Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create visually appealing and effective graphics for various platforms (website, social media, marketing materials, etc.)
Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web projects using Figma
Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity
Assist in the creation of website assets, including icons, banners, and imagery
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Manage and organize design files effectively

Requirements:

1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and web design
Proficiency in Figma is essential
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience with web design fundamentals, including responsive design and usability
Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and web design projects
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be located in the Orlando or Miami, Florida area and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Nice to have:

Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development workflows
Motion graphics or video editing skills
Experience with project management tools
