As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in testing and identifying bugs in campaign setup, creative build and campaign delivery within the Jivox IQ platform, and ensuring product quality. This internship will provide you with exposure to real-world QA practices, tools, and methodologies. We’re seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer who is skilled in brand strategy and visual storytelling. You will be crafting visuals—specifically, you’re translating sophisticated product concepts into clear, engaging narratives across platforms (ads, web, blog, presentations, video).

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute visual concepts grounded in brand archetypes and strategic storytelling
  • Design differentiated, cohesive visual content for ads, website assets, blog graphics, PowerPoint presentations and templates, product fact sheets, and multimedia formats including motion graphics and video edits
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content and social media teams to ensure design aligns with brand messaging and objectives
  • Create video snippets with branded elements
  • Manage multiple projects—prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency
  • Stay updated on trends in design, multimedia, and storytelling to keep our content fresh and effective

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of professional experience in design (internship, freelance, or full-time)
  • Strong foundation in brand marketing, including familiarity with brand archetypes and translating conceptual messaging into visual narratives
  • Proficiency in some or all of Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Figma
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals—typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy
  • Video editing and motion graphics capability
  • Excellent communication skills—able to present ideas and interpret feedback effectively
  • Self-starter. Strong time-management and organizational skills, adept at handling multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Ability to think on your feet, think outside the box
  • A love for experimentation. Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Storyboarding and creating motion graphics and sound integration is a plus
